If I could give zero stars I would. This is the third time I have called and placed an order 2+ hours before close, and after... waiting an hour for the order to be ready for pick up it is canceled. Still have yet to receive refund. Called to find out whythe order was cancelled and no answer. Drove over to talk with someone in person and door is locked, again, well before close.Worker was sitting inside just staring at me. Do not waste your money at this location, you won?t ever get the food nor will youever see that money again. Read more

You already know wings are the best, people are very nice here and always place your order ahead.

50 Wing pack for $73 and a complete after thought in the kitchen. Fries were so salty we had to throw them out, I don't mean... like fast food salty, I mean someone dumped the salt and the cap fell into the food salty. Boneless we got for the kids had anessence of BBQ sauce, more like plain boneless in the end. Not worth the price to be an afterthought on all of it. Read more

Nothing more satisfying than ordering cheese fries and getting this sorry excuse for fries. What's the point of paying for food... when it looks like complete trash? Absolutely disappointing Update today 07/03/22 Wow did not think they'd get any cheaperthan they already are. But would you believe this 10PC was upgraded in the meal. I would've rather got my money back Read more

Placed an online order and went in to pick it up didn?t see my chicken strips in the order so I asked RILEY where they were in... the bag and she didn?t help me find them she had a nasty attitude and I had to pull all the food out and look for myself andwhen I did find them then she went over to the other employee pictured and started laughing at me making fun of me for notfinding the food that they don?t know how to properly placed in a bag. All while the little boy in the back was mugging me thewhole time. I don?t order food to get laughed at or judged don?t be mad because you chose to work there be nice or find adifferent job. I do not know what the Wingstop employees have against me to sentence me to death by sodium. I ordered a Louisiana rub combo,... the first red flag was that it was WET and RED . We all know Louisiana rub is a dry rub seasoning. These wings were extremelysalty and I mean SALTY. It felt like I was being held down by a grizzly bear in the Atlantic Ocean, there was no escape. Thesewings have permanently changed my vision for the worse. Solution: Make your own wings. Go to Costco, buy some party wings, season them and air fry them. Commit to bout 30% effort and you will end up with a 100% better product. You?ll also live longerbecause Wingstop is looking to activate life insurance policies, one 500,000 mg sodium wing at a time. Seriously, one wing hadthe power of 1000 ramen packets! All jokes aside, Lakewood Town Center Wingstop is probably the best one. It?s worth the driveif you don?t want to spend $40 on wings just to throw them away. Read more

Loaded fries were awesomely good. The wings were drenched in sauce. They were cooked well.

I usually don't write reviews, but I'm thoroughly disgusted and attempts to contact Wingstop directly have failed. I would give... less than 1 star if possible. I spent $100 for a Mother's Day Dinner. When I went to pickup my order I saw the cook touchingwings with her bare hands. I should've canceled my order, but I was in shock and it was 10pm on Mother's Day. On top of thatthere was burnt wings with no meat and some unrecognizable black object in my food. I contacted them and the district managersaid she would get back to me. She never did. Thank you Wingstop for the worst Mother's Day Dinner ever!! 100 hard earneddollars in the trash!!! ???????????????????????????????????????? Read more
