China House in Quaker Hill is very worth the short drive from my New London home. I live for their bone-in ribs (boneless also... excellent) which are tender with a little bit of flavorful char. I?m also a fan of their lomein which spends enough time in thewok to pick up a little smokiness. Their lunch specials are an economical option for tasty food at a fair price. Importantly,they don?t ever seem to cut corners. The restaurant and kitchen areas are clean and though they do offer several tables fordine-in, most of their biz is take away and delivery.
