Pretty excellent. Even after they did the remodeling. I thought it would be better so I gave it a try. Remembered my daughters... burger, made her 1 but made right thing. My burger was as hot as an oven. The play area IS for an almost 3yr old bc they caneven reach the huge climbing stairs to get up to the next one ???????? save ur time and $ and go to burger king. Literally sat at one speaker in the drive thru for 5 min and backed up to move into the other lane and waited and waited.... Decided to leave, but two cars blocked the exit at the window. Had to back all the way out. Guess it?s McDonald?s lucky day! Read more
Ordered a bottle of water with order.... changed my mind...guy at window taking money told me he couldn't take it off. Seems... lazy and dishonest...he should have been able to ask a manager if he couldn't. I felt like driving off without anything butwould still have had to wait in line. Nonetheless I'm not going back. Poor way to treat customers... shouldn't force them to buysomething they don't want. Read more
First time coming back here since the remodel and I won't be back again. The girl couldn't wait to finish our order and told us... to pull ahead before we finished giving it to her. No one responded and then they couldn't figure out how to get us our food. Weleft and didn't buy anything. Then, when leaving, it took 20 minutes to get through the two cars in front of us. Read more
Everything was exquisite, food was tasty, location was new and modern, staff were friendly. Prices were a bit high for my taste,... but otherwise good. Read more
I came in today at approximately 2:05 to miss the lunch traffic. The front counter customer service was awesome! He was very... professional and prompt. His smile and the way that he greeted me alone deserves a 10. I gave him my order the young manactually helped me decide what to buy myself. However when I did get back to work and looked into my bag the food was cold. Iwork roughly 5 minutes up the road. When I say the food was cold the cheese was not melted on my sandwich, the onion rings werecold and I asked for everything to be fresh. The reason why I didn?t ask the manager who was there was because another customerasked for her food to be hot and his response was ?I?m sorry this place is too busy for anything to be old we replenish and cookfresh food all day?. On my way out I did tell the manager that his employees customer service was awesome. The reason why thiswas so disheartening was today was the first time that my patient could have soiled food and she has been requesting BK for 3weeks. She could not eat the food because it was cold. I had to do another med pass and she began to cry. I did call but thevoicemail explained that it was not check, this was also disturbing. So I?m basically out of 17.47 because I had to send anotherstaff member to McDonald?s. I fell my patient tremendously. The Burger King was not busy at this time but the food was notfresh. I have called three times and I haven?t had any luck with speaking with anyone. I?m extremely frustrated at this point! Read more
Ordered dinner at B.K. and like the food eating machine he is, Sassy waiting impatient and mad that I obey speed limits,... demanded his double whopper at the front door whilst, with self respect, pride and dignity, my non savage kids were waitingpatiently for Dad to bring dinner!
