I for one, understand that our country is going through a shortage of everything including FOOD and LABOR which is why I... understand when they might run out of products at the end of the night, or because it is in high demand nationwide. I alsounderstand that they might close early due to short staffing so it is vital to make sure they have staffing during peak hoursrather than at 9 pm. Anyways, the peppy blonde girl working the line always fills up my bowl and is very friendly. One timethey ran out of steak but that was my fault for going a few minutes before closing. If I could have given zero stars for this service I would have. This is not the first time I have ordered from this location,... but this by far was the worst order. Honestly, what I received was a joke. I ordered two bowls and they were beyond scarce inwhat was inside. In fact, the one bowl was essentially just some toppings, not really any rice or meat. The other bowl had veryovercooked/burnt chicken. In addition the chips were stale. If I hadn't already been home I would have turned around to reportthis. Because this was no where near okay. We loved it here at first but as reviews have said already, they decide to close early with no notice and WAY before the time it... says online and on their door. We?ve gone here multiple times at 9pm since on their door and online it says they close at 10DAILY. Never a problem and other families were there too. We walked in tonight, 9:05pm exactly, and a bunch of workers werestanding around and said oh actually we closed at 9. Yet the doors weren?t locked, closing time was NOT changed online or on thedoor and another family behind us were trying to eat there too saying they knew it closed at 10. How is this just decided? Not what I had expected! The hype about this chain made me think I was missing out; the reality is there was nothing outstanding... there. Probably won?t return. Food was ok, a little unflavorful. Would like to give more stars, but they are constantly running out of food, it seems like there only open when they feel like... working. Online ordering is a joke, it's either not available, or when it is available the food is cold, even when you show up10 minutes before pick up time. For the money they charge for a meal, to what you get it's not worth it. Save your money anddrive 10 minute north to Casa Toro in Coopersburg. For the same price you can have authentic Mexican food, and it's consistentlygood. Read more
I know they?re new? but honestly? what is this? I ordered a quesadilla and I have what looks to be a ball of meat and cheese... jammed into a container (poor design choice on chipotles part). There wasn?t even an attempt to cut it like a quesadilla. It waswrapped like a burrito and smashed into their press and then tossed into this container. This is our 10th+ time ordering herehoping that since they?ve been open for a few months they?ve worked out the kinks but this is rough? Read more
NEVER AGAIN. Ordered online and had a pick up time of 7:40pm. Waited for almost an hour. Get my food and get to my car to check... and make sure everything was there. Nope. No chips or guacamole. No lettuce, sour cream, salsa on either burrito bowl. Wentback in and asked what was going on and they tell me they're out of all of those things. There were 12 people waiting to pickupfood they ordered online. I watched 27 people walk in the door and go through the line to order, get their food immediately andleave. After about 30 minutes, one of the employees walked outside and posted a sign saying they weren't taking any "in store"orders and for the next 30 minutes watched them while they continued to take orders in the store. Absolutely ridiculous, no oneexplained what the problem was, no one said anything about them being behind. Restaurant was not clean?tables were dirty, food pans were almost empty and this was at 2:00 on a Sunday! The chicken did not... taste fresh either. By the time I got my fountain soda, utensils, and got to the ?least? dirty table I could find, my burritobowl was almost cold. The Chipotle Restaurant at Hamilton Crossing in Allentown is much better organized and cleaner. I feelthe staff working there with long hair should be required to either wear hairnets or wear their hair up under their hats. Wouldnot recommend this store. Read more
