My 100% honest review I?ve ate here several times and always ordered the stir fry bowls that I could customize. I really liked... what I ordered with the exception of the brownie?it was so overwhelming I could not finish it, I ended up throwing it out. Thedrinks were drinks no issue there. My problem with HG is the portions are small and Overpriced. Long wait times, no atmospherewhatsoever? And why, why, why?!does these businesses prompt you to give a tip when I took my own order and had little to nointeraction with staff, please make it make sense! Ordering ?double?anything is a waste of money because YES they?ll charge youfor it, but you won?t see it in your meal. Also The up charges for things like garlic or red pepper flakes etc. are weird. Itadded like and additional $4 to my bowl. So disappointed?. On a positive note?.One good thing I like about HG is that you canbuy the noodles raw and a bottle of sauce. You could simply buy the protein and produce and cook it yourself! Save yourself thelong wait time, the overpriced, small portions, and lack of atmosphere and cook it at home! You could easily feed a family offour+ doing this with the same $20 you?ll spend on 1 bowl. I have eaten a lot of food around in many different places. I ordered the garlic chicken bowl.... Added extra chicken just... because I was thinking I could have 2 meals from this. I waited nearly 20-25 minutes in store. For the bowl was $17 with addedextra chicken and for me to be able to hold this little container in the Palm of my hand with my hand and then looking at thebowl not even being full is very disappointing. And that was without even getting a beverage!! You are competing withChipotle Mexican grill right next to you at half the price you get just as tasty food. granted they are different cuisine...Iwill more than likely never come back here after this very disappointed. It is very rare I give harsh reviews like this and youcan look in my profile to verify. In my own opinion, If there isn't a price adjustment somewhere or or something is notadjusted accordingly sadly this restaurant will not survive once the "newness" wears off. Maybe it was a bad round, but thiswas my first ever experience, and it left a bad feeling. I wish ya'll all the luck, your going to need it. So I dumped out mybowl onto a plate and and this is their idea of double chicken.... Add a $4 up charge! 3rd picture! I'm sorry that's beyondembarrassing there is literally 11 tiny bite sized chicken squares on my plate...what the actual hell! Very good experience, they have ~5 kiosks to order at and it was very straight forward and easy, food was great. Went around 3-4... pm and the wait was short. Will be back! Read more
Ok, the food was fairly tasty. The cherry peppers were amazing. But there was VERY little chicken for a $13 dish. Then the... dessert had such a TINY amount of the namesake honey it was laughable. It was tasty honey, but only lightly drizzled on thetop. Plus, there was a small dollop of cheesecake under a ton of fruit. Prices are about 30% more than it is worth. Read more
Walked in around 930pm, no line at all, there are 5 kiosks at the front. Easy to use and place is very welcoming with plenty of... windows for natural sunlight and nighttime view. Food was delicious! Will definitely come back! P.S. Please keep the placeclean and do your part for the bathrooms as well. We dont want this place to look trashy. Were in quakertown! A very clean town!Keep it up! Participated in the test day before the grand opening of this new addition to Quakertown?s restaurant scene and will definitely... be back. I?ve never heard of honeygrow before but the concept of customizing noodle bowls and salads is perfect for me! I alsolike to order from kiosks or online so I can take my time to choose. The inside is spacious and accommodating so I think it willbe a nice, wholesome lunch option for families with small children. For their soft opening, they are fully staffed and staffall seem well-trained and eager. I can?t wait to come back. Congratulations and well done! Read more
Wish I could click more than one category of complaint. Orders were wrong and long wait for second order. No knives to cut large... lettuce and manager said we could go to nearby store to buy some if we want. Replacement meal size was extremely small comparedto any order I received before. When I made a complaint the manger was very dismissive and said he would ?remember my face? forthe next time I came in. Even before I was threatened I did not plan to return. $26 and we needed to go somewhere else to eat. Read more
