Please clean your fountain drink/ice machine. It is so disgusting. The chicken sandwich was good but the chicken seemed... undercooked or a weird mushy consistency. Hopefully it was just from the way that it was cooked. The staff always seems pleasantand nice to me. Online ordering was ready and packaged well. Just please clean the drink machine that has to be a health concernand maybe check the chicken too! Read more
Wish the portions were not getting smaller and smaller .... my bowl of soup looked like a cup of soup.
Worst service came in to order breakfast got attitude from the worker. Then ordered my food and was processed wrong. Ran my card... and claimed the transaction didn?t go through when clearly it went through my checking account. Was told to wait at the pick uparea and got attitude from another worker. First time at this location. I wanted to try Grilled mac and cheese sandwich and Autumn Vegetable soup. I took small portions... both. The sandwich was fantastic. Creamy mach and cheese. The soup was good, but it made me realize I don't like sweetness insoups, so I want order throne again. Also, soup's container was closed well enough, and quarter of the soup spilled all overthe bag, and apple they gave me, then I meet my clothes....???????????? The store was nice Drive through ?? Like why is this flatbread with 0 sauce and about 1 flake of shredded cheese $10?!?!? Panera is a rare treat because it's so... dang expensive but this one was awful! Like how do you call this a complete order? My mom's chicken salad sandwich wasatrocious, poorly made and hardly any chicken salad for the $$$$$. Other paneras are not like this. Read more
Not a great Panera anymore, last few trips have been sub par. Won?t be back as of tonight. Just doesn?t taste as good as other... locations or catering. Lots of new places around there they?d better watch out. Place is trash. Read more
