It used to be good. We go there once or twice a year for birthday's. Ok always get the same thing. This time the fries were... undercooked and the burger was awful. Perhaps they changed the burger but it didn't taste anything like it used to. ...... As arebuttal to your comment. It's not that it didn't meet my expectations. It should meet your expectations. Consistency is key. Read more

I am a big fan of Red Robin because their "gourmet" burgers are among the best for a restaurant chain. This particular example... of the chain is conveniently located on Pennsylvania Route 309 and is easily visible from the street. There is plenty of parkingand a range of different seating options for any small to medium-sized group. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. Likeall Red Robins, the menu is quite limited; however, whatever you order will be hot and delicious. Read more

Food was delicious but service was horrible! Came later in the evening took forever for our waitress to come over for our... drinks. Ordered everything and still took forever to get our food. Which it also was not very busy at this time. After my friendwas done eating they took his plate and beer bottle and didn't even offer a refill. Meanwhile my glass was still empty andeverytime the waitress came by never once was asked about a refill. Our bottomless fries took forever to come out. Wanted to getdessert but didn't want to have to wait another hour to get of there. Never had an issue like this before so very disappointed. Read more

The food was amazing, but the service was not very good. It was terrible, in the beginning the waitress was amazing but by the... end I asked for a box which should have took at least 2 seconds to get, took 10 minutes. She had to bring out another tablesdrinks before giving me a box which I thought was a little rude when she could have just got it when I asked, and they were notthat busy at all, no reason for poor service if your not busy. Like I said the food was amazing, service was poor!!!!!! Will Icome back maybe as long as we do not get the same waitress!!!!!! Read more

Always a good meal when we go. Good burgers and fries. The drink menu is pretty broad and has alcoholic options. Everything is... usually clean enough for my needs, but once in a while a shaker or bottle on the table will still have residue from a previousguest. It has a fine atmosphere, with lots of booths or tables as seating choices. It's a bit darker, and has a bunch of TV'shanging with assorted shows or games on. Will continue going on a semi-regular basis. Read more

food was ok but the waitress was probably one of the worst waitresses Ive ever had. she spoke to us for like 30 seconds max and... then forced the check on us. we weren't done eating or ordering... and then she never even looked at us again. a full 20 minutesof no service. she just gave up on doing her job. why would I ever go out to eat here again??? needless to say bottomless friesis non-existent Read more

The food was great when we got it. Sadly, the service really kinda sucked. They were busy, so I'm understanding of longer wait... times for everything. But when two people get bottomless fries and ask for refills and 10 minutes later someone else brings backone half full basket.. what is the deal? Before we even get a chance to order the fries, the server comes back and asks if wewant dessert to go. We say no, thanks, we'd like refills on the fries please, and a water. She comes back with the water andthe check we didn't ask for, and says we can pay on the tablet. Like I get you're busy, but I guess the bottom on the fries hasbeen defined. We don't get dessert if we want it. She's not coming back. Overall it was kinda disappointing. First time here, last time here. Maybe when they're less busy it will be a different story. There are too many restaurants around to put up withpaying $40 to get snubbed. Read more

One star out of ten. When they said they were out of y favorite drink, the bottomless purple lemonade, I was upset to say the... least, but I was willing to move past and forgive (not froget, however). Then when they aid they were out of sweetened iced tea,I was even more sad, but as a good and understanding customer, I settled for a nice glass of their finest tap water, whichlooking back is on probably contaminated with lead. Because of the free drink, I decided to splurge on the bleu burger, becauseof how much I love caramelized onions and feta cheese. Low and behold, 20 minutes later, they bring me this disappointment of aburger, which is flatter than the Earth (#flateartherforlife), so obviously it was missing a few ingredients. Of course, becausethe entire staff of this Red Robin are haters of mine, it was missing the feta and onions. When I finally asked for theseingredients on my burger, the waitress gaslighted me using her manipulation tactics, and convinced me that the onions and fetawere never supposed to be on the burger in the first place. I was so distraught, that I looked up the menu online and learnedthat I was lied to. The bleu Burger DOES have feta and onions. Also my bestest friend on my work date asked for her sAlAd onlyfor plates to be taken away and never returned (trying to fat shame Red Robin). By the time the burger came, me and my Conrad?sfast had started. Thanks a lot. I?ll be back Read more
