This location is disgustingly GROSS!! Doors, windows, and mirror are all slopped up?looking like it?s been a long while since... they have been wiped. The bathroom is not sanitary! Toilet caked up with urine because it?s not cleaned correctly. I thinkStarbucks can afford a new sink!!! When I had to look at this faucet area while washing my hands I somehow felt unclean???????????? And lastly, right by their sign that says, ?tell us how we did? something is splattered all over the counter. Itwill probably still be there when I go next time. This location always looks filthy. This is my go to Starbucks anytime I'm in the area. Not every Starbucks has a friendly staff but this one is very good. The... layout inside is a long galley and they did a great job building up a really comfortable space in the front. It's not as big asthe stand alone stores but it makes very good use of what it has. All in all, this is a reliable, friendly Starbucks and Ithink Quakertown is lucky to have it. The only downside is the lines get long during the rush hour. I was the only customer in the store. No one sitting and no one in the drive-thru. I was in about 45 minutes before close. I... understand that you have closing duties that need to be done, but when there is only one customer and you make them wait for 10minutes THEN take a drive thru order BEFORE EVEN STARTING the drink for the one customer who has been waiting, that'sunacceptable. I don't like to complain about service workers, but come on. There was no reason for this to happen. The serviceat this particular store has never been great. We frequent this location almost daily. They are continually inconsistent in their recipes and the quality of the drinks! They... are ALWAYS out of ingredients, add too much ice and getting your drink can take up to 20 minutes! The employees need bettertraining and the management seems nonexistent! We have been patronizing this Starbucks for 7 or 8 years and it has becomeprogressively worse each year! We are finished! Read more
