If there's 0 star, this store deserve 0 instead of 1. My husband ordered a footlong and was forced to leave 15% tip even it's... for take out, we're fine to leave tip however not in this way. When we asked the owner why it doesn't show customize tip, theowner said the POS amount was not right, we'll only be charged at the original sandwich price without tip. However 3 days later,when we checked our credit card statement, it showed the amount with 15% tip, exactly same as POS machine. THIS SHOP ISCHEATING CUSTOMER ON TIP. $17 for a foot long with brown old lettuce and made wrong?? This place is horrible they was rude and rushed us threw our... sandwich order They messed it up and made us repeat our orders over and over and they still got them wrong. BUT WORST THEN ALLTHEY STEAL FROM YOU!! THEY OVER CHARGED US AND CHARGED US $34 for just two foot longs. Just got home to eat our hoagies we ordered and the bread was so crusty, mozzarella(suppose to be fresh) was hard, and the... Sandwhich just didnt not taste great at all. I wont be coming back. So disappointed! Read more
Terrible, worst sub I've ever had, they gave option of all cheeses with no indication of extra charges $$$ (which they don't... have Swiss anymore, really) and then added a $1.50 extra because I chose Mozzarella. The so much sauce added the roll fellapart before i got it home. Poor verbal communucation and lousey sub. For over $13.00 till they got done. I would give zero stars for this LAST transaction with this chain. Ordered 3 foot long sandwiches online. So this more or less... removes any and all doubt as to what is wanted on each sandwich. Pretty much a normal wait time for the delivery (mind you,delivery is an additional charge). Order arrived, opened the sandwiches and one was absolutely wrong. The sandwich ordered wasthe new honey mustard chicken. Was showed up was honey mustard roast beef. Called the store, believe me, this is the point ittook a complete left turn. Could not understand the female. Broken english is not hard to keep up with. She didn't even havethat going for her. Making the entire call extremely difficult. Wife spoke with her, and all the call taker kept saying was to"come in to the store". The delivery process was a charged fee, there is no way a request can be made to come in to any storedue to their inability to fulfill an order properly. After 6 minutes of this circus side show, I took the phone. I initiallyexplained the sandwich was incorrect and that I wanted the correct sandwich to complete and fulfill the order that was now paidfor. She returned with "ok, I'm sorry, come in to the store". I explained we paid for delivery as to not have to pick it up. Andin as clear a way as possible, I asked "are you delivering the correct sandwich, yes or no". And her reply was "YES". Sandwichnever arrived, order is incorrect and unfulfilled. Now I want a refund for what was not fulfilled, and I will simply take mybusiness to Roma and Jersey Mike's from now on. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Everytime I have been here the service has been horrible. The first time I... was on my short break and wanted to get a pretzel. Waited in line 20 minutes to be treated horrible. Then the pretzel was driedup. Gave it another chance. Got a sub today. I asked for mayo, the heavier set lady working put a drop on the sandwich sincethe bottle ran out. She moved along asking what else. I asked for more mayo and she very rudely said I'd have to go in the backto get more. And...? Isnt that your job? You guys need some new workers. This place is a train wreck. Read more
The last two times that I went there, the teenagers behind the counter acted really annoyed that they had to make a sandwich for... me. And the girl doing the Bretzels didn't care about me waiting. I guess I was lucky that someone was dragging their feet outof the kitchen to help me. I will certainly not go there again. Read more
