Service was excellent. Most of the food came out amazing but the center cut sirloin was definitely NOT a center cut. Half... overcooked half raw... Strange I know... The wife didn't want to complain and I just watched shenanigans so I'm not about tocomment about the food when I had to get more to go... Which was also excellent... Started as a not so pleasant experience with a server who didn't want to serve us. Decided to get management involved since it... was my daughter's 8th birthday and I didn't want it to be a bad night for her. Management was very accommodating and our 2ndserver was amazing. The gentleman who also brought out the birthday surprise (I'm assuming kitchen manager) truly went above andbeyond. Our food was unfortunately not that great after the service change but because of the great response by management andour 2nd server, I'm giving 4 stars. Read more
Tyler was our waiter and he was fantastic. He was on top of things from clearing our table to bringing second round of fresh... drinks. He has a great personality and very friendly. We visited Fridays again, we think our server was Kristen but unsure, sorry. She was our server last visit too & She is... AWESOME!! I ordered the Whiskey Burger again & it was more delicious than the last visit!! We’ve Only had the BEST diningexperience here, THANK YOU!! Our 2 favorite restaurants are TGI Fridays in Quakertown, PA & our special Authentic Mexicancuisine in Westminster, PA. We’ll be back to sit in our favorite booths with our favorite servers who'll serve you wearingsmiles and make sure your meal is just the way you like it with a Great Staff too.
