Service was excellent. Most of the food came out amazing but the center cut sirloin was definitely NOT a center cut. Half... overcooked half raw... Strange I know... The wife didn't want to complain and I just watched shenanigans so I'm not about tocomment about the food when I had to get more to go... Which was also excellent... Started as a not so pleasant experience with a server who didn't want to serve us. Decided to get management involved since it... was my daughter's 8th birthday and I didn't want it to be a bad night for her. Management was very accommodating and our 2ndserver was amazing. The gentleman who also brought out the birthday surprise (I'm assuming kitchen manager) truly went above andbeyond. Our food was unfortunately not that great after the service change but because of the great response by management andour 2nd server, I'm giving 4 stars. Read more
Tyler was our waiter and he was fantastic. He was on top of things from clearing our table to bringing second round of fresh... drinks. He has a great personality and very friendly. We visited Fridays again, we think our server was Kristen but unsure, sorry. She was our server last visit too & She is... AWESOME!! I ordered the Whiskey Burger again & it was more delicious than the last visit!! We’ve Only had the BEST diningexperience here, THANK YOU!! Our 2 favorite restaurants are TGI Fridays in Quakertown, PA & our special Authentic Mexicancuisine in Westminster, PA. We’ll be back to sit in our favorite booths with our favorite servers who'll serve you wearingsmiles and make sure your meal is just the way you like it with a Great Staff too. Enjoyed a festive Friday lunch between Christmas shopping. The food was great, and the Long Island was the bomb. We received... excellent, attentive service from Olivia which I really appreciate. She was very busy tending and prepping the bar, and stillshined bright. Smiles all around! Read more
It has probably been a few years since I've been to a TGI Fridays restaurant, but I took the family here last night. There was... about a ten minute wait for a table, consistent with what I remember about going to any TGI Fridays. Once seated, we were givenpaper menus, brown bagged silverware and some napkins. The friendly server quickly arrived and took our drink order. When shecame back with our drinks, we placed our order. After ordering, she warned that the kitchen was short staffed, so it would takelonger for our food, and indeed it did. But, these days, what restaurant isn't short staffed! I was disappointed that mywife's salad wasn't brought out before her meal, especially with the long wait for the meals to arrive. (That's a pet peeve ofmine, when salads arrive with the meal, instead of before.) The food arrived and was honestly better than I expected. Iordered the flat-iron steak, and it was really good. The food that the rest of my family got was also good, but my wife saidthat the ranch dressing for her salad was a bit watery, not being as thick as it should be. All in all, not too bad. First off, I want to say I was pleasantly surprised we weren't turned away for coming in at like 9:20pm, when they close at... 10:00pm. I was recently refused a seating at the Applebee's Bar and Grille in Quakertown for coming in at 9:30pm when theyclosed at 10:00pm. We had a young server with chill vibes. I ordered their White Cheddar Broccoli Soup to start... perfecttemperature, creamy and chunky with broccoli, topped with shredded cheddar, really yummy.... then for my entree, I had theirDragon-Glazed Salmon with the jasmine rice and broccoli. Salmon was a petit filet, but very flavorful. I also tried one of theirfeatured drinks, a Cotton Candy Cosmo... and it was sweet, but packed quite a punch of strength... I recommend it, especially ifyou're only looking to buy one drink and you want to make it count. Our server automatically brought us extra napkins, which, isalways a plus in my book when I dine out. I will definitely be back again, and likely soon... because I am itching to try thedonut burger off their featured "Under The Big Top" menu selections. ???? Read more
Our server was FANTASTIC. Brought napkins and refills before asked and checked our service throughout our visit. Very cheery... disposition and pleasant to chat with. The food was good, and came out exactly as ordered. Sauce on the side, no tomato etc.Definitely a good choice. Read more
