We ordered 2 burgers and walked away with 5 wrong burgers. When I took my second wrong burger back to them they finally decided... to fess up and tell me the lettuce was on recall but that doesn't explain why they couldn't put tomato on it twice. Well, the food was okay, and the new restaurant looks nice, but we were were unable to eat inside. I ordered on the app and it... said "dine in" was a available so I chose that. When we went to the restaurant door, it was locked, even though an employee wasseen dining inside. I understand the employee shortage issue, but they should have updated their online status to indicate theywere drive thru only. I dislike eating in my car and would have eaten elsewhere, but I had to go through the drive thru and getmy food since I went ahead with the online order without knowing that the dining room was closed. We decided to grab a quick bite at this new Wendy's. As we waited in line to place our order we witnessed the manager yelling at... her employees and then turned her attention to everyone sitting in the dining room and in line. "To everyone eating, my diningroom is now closed." This was during lunch time on the weekend!? She was extremely rude and aggressive. We immediately walkedout and will never return. I felt bad for the employees who likely quit the next day. I understand that everyone is strugglingwith staffing, however, she could have been much nicer in her approach. Read more
Does anyone really not like a good Wendy's burger every now and then? I do love it. The older place is closed but they opened... another down the street and it seems like the service is faster and better. So far, they have my fast food burger businesslocked down. Read more
I will never eat at wendy?s again. I have never experienced such slow and horrible service. Not only did I wait in the drive... thru forever, but when I finally got to place my order the woman on the headset sighed when I told her the order. She gave meattitude the whole time. Not only was the service terrible, but I have felt sick ever since I ate it. Honestly, I?ve probablycontracted food poisoning! This place sucks. Read more
We ordered 2 baconator burgers. Terrible, dried out burger, one piece of bacon. Worst burger I ever experienced. This is new... building but cleanliness is questionable. The floors were sticky and don't look clean. Don't stop here. Read more

Waited at empty drive thru order kiosk for about 3 minutes. Waited at pick up window for 7 minutes. Ordered potato and jr... cheeseburger deluxe. Employee inside was eating at front counter. No customers inside. At least five employees that I noticed. So much for fast food? food order was ok Read more
