First time visit while stopping in town for an afternoon at the beach. We had the full order of nachos and the Greek platter... with chicken. Both were tasty and great value - more than enough for two people. The nachos were stacked three or four layersdeep with lots of toppings throughout and tons of cheese. Good selection of drinks, with some local breweries on the taps(always good to see). We sat on the patio which is large and has lots of umbrellas for shade. It faces the main road, but is setfar enough back that the road noise isn't an issue. Will be back again for another rnacho platter next time we're in town! Read more
Aug 1st 2022, Husband's birthday.He enjoyed his steak dinner immensely,cooked to perfection. I thoroughly enjoyed my seafood... fettuccine.Service was brilliant, and delightful! We stopped by chance at this little place for lunch. What an amazing find this little gem was. The service was excellent but... was out shone by the food. We had Fish and chips with Halibut. We also had crab cakes. It is truly the best Halibut fish andchips I have ever had. They put herbs in the batter, the fish was cooked to perfection. The crab cakes were a nice size andwell worth the price. Taste was excellent. I would recommend this little gem to anyone passing through Qualicum beach. Read more

We both had the roast beef Yorkshire pudding which was delicious. The veggies were fresh and crisp - an excellent meal, For... dessert, the warm berry crumble with ice cream, a perfect choice. The food was excellent, but without good service it wouldn'ttaste as good, so we want to say the service was amazing. Our server, Lori, was knowledgeable and friendly, giving us excellentservice. I expect we will become regulars at Deez. Read more

Onion rings were good. Servers were nice. My dinner companions loved their chicken wings and go there quite often for wing... night with no complaints Unfortunately, I ordered the deluxe hamburger, which tasted truly awful, and I threw up in theirbathroom. I'll take their 4 stars and my 1, and meet in the middle with a 2. PS The waitress did take the burger off the bill. Read more
