Been on hold for over 30 minutes now. The driver was at the wrong door although it was very clear in the contactless delivery... notes. He said I didn?t pay when I paid online. Yep. Not returning. After being the only person in the lobby on a quiet Monday evening, there only being three orders on the... screen, 40 minutes later, after the employees finished their personal phone calls, I was finally able to get dinner for myfamily. I ordered ahead and they obviously didn't start the order until I arrived. I came here to get dinner quickly but theycouldn't figure it out. Done, and NOT recommended... Read more
If I can rate this place 0 starts I would. Pizza was so dry had no sauce at all! So many air bubbles it literally tasted like I... was just only eating BREAD. Customer service is horrible !! Got hung up 5 times after being on hold manager finally answered andasked what?s the problem so I told her not a minute later I got hung up on ONCE again. Absolutely the worst pizza I've ever had. We ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza; There was no sauce, way too many air bubbles,... and it was basically all crust. Not worth the time nor money. Staff is kind, but that doesn't make up for the worst pizza. Read more
The guys here were really working hard. They get things right. I ordered the spicy pineapple jalapeno chicken.
Ordered online , when I opened the boxes of Pizza they look nasty , there is burnt part and the pizza does not look like pizza... . I never ordered thin crust . The Pizza was Horrible. The manager there has a very poor customer service !!! . Never will orderin that branch again. Waist of my money . And time to even get into the base. I called and i was just put on hold. Read more
Don't even bother calling. It's routed to a call center, likely not even in America. Got someone who was ESL and could hardly... understand. Okay, so I drove to the store. Ordered. Waited 35 minutes when I'm only one in store. Turns out my Pizza wasfinished for a while, but with people on their personal phones I wasn't notified. This is my opinion and experience. Read more
