They have dumb lids for their drinks. It's a "sip lid" rather than the standard "insert your straw lid". Which don't sound that... bad but it's a big spill hazard. It's wack, everything else is good tho. Read more
Worst dunkin I have ever been to. Everyone from the staff to managers to owner should all be ashamed of themselves here. Dirty,... bad service and too many employees. Go figure. Whether you're in the drive thru or inside you will be disgusted by this store.And you'll have to wait extra long while 8 employees get themselves a drink and joke around while everyone just watched andwaits. Pathetic. Never going back. I will go to McDonald's across the street from now on. They have donuts and coffee too. Andyou don't have to wait 30 minutes for it in a dirty store. Nice. Do we ordered around 9:13 and went to pick it up around 9:35 ish. I got into the store and the only thing there from my order... was a chai tea latte. I ordered hash browns, bagel bombs, and a sandwich. I waited while the two coworkers just sat and starredback. Then they finally asked if something was wrong and I asked about the rest of my order. THE DIDNT EVEN KNOW I ORDERED MORE.It was a huge list underneath the chai latte I have no idea how the missed it. I work at a coffee shop and this was handled sopoorly. I waited for 20 minutes for the food to come out. I got my food and left. When I got home half my order was stillfrozen! Heck if I was going already waiting I would have waited longer for something hot not frozen solid. When I called to makea complaint there wasn?t a manager in. I?m calling corporate and I?m going to call the manager when she magically appears. Read more
This week I ordered my usual bagel with a coffee from my app. I usually go out to the DD in Stafford which is amazing, but I... was on base so I ordered breakfast. First day the bagel was stale and toasted. I figured it was just a mistake and didn?t sayanything. I ordered the next day, and I can?t even express my shock that the bagel was even worse! I actually ripped open thebagel to see if there was mold it was just that stale. I had to throw it out. I called MCCS and left a message on theircustomer comment line.
