I go here everyday from work for my lunch break to try and lose weight on the Subway diet but it seems the workers don't like... working there and also need to work on their customer service skills and tact and be a bit more patient when takingorders. *Update: Had a sandwich from them yesterday and the bread was awfully hard and stale. *Update 2: When I tried to ringup and pay for a drink Lorraine was too busy with some paperwork apparently that she couldn't come to the register for just afew seconds? Worst part of this place, is Lorraine. We asked for our sandwiches in the "pro" and this old bat pulls her mask down and glares... at us and says, "why would you order something that you have no idea what it is!" I ordered a veggie wrap.Tomatoes were old, over ripped and should not have been served. Some of the spinach leafs we mush and... definitely should not been put on a sandwich but rather the trash. Lettuce was not fresh. The cucumber were mush like they hadbeen overly ripen or frozen, that I passed rather than take a chance. Subway prides itself on freshness but this one misses themark. The old goat that was lumbering around by herself was rude. She told me I must be from CA because I asked for jalapeños and... siracha. I?m actually from AZ but I didn?t care to correct her. She then went on about how my sandwich was no good and how shelikes actual flavor. I don?t take food advice from a fast food worker. Just make my sandwich and mind your business. This subway was the absolute worst place I have EVER been to. The bread is dry all the time (I've tried this place multiple... times) and the customer service is terrible. I asked for Mayo they almost put tomato but then put light mayo, if I wanted to beon a damn diet and eat light mayo I would have said so. The lady ringing up the sandwich was Very rude. This is by far one of the saddest subway restaurants i have ever been to. The customer service was horrible. I placed my order... and had to repeat myself 5 times about what kind of sub i wanted, after this, i paid the lady in advance. I come back to put mytoppings on my sub and two people jump ahead of me in line. I just must say that the customer is a bad experience. And subway isgoing downhill in taste too. Read more
