Went today and it was a little packed but it was lunch time, I ordered at the kiosk and waited about 10 min for my order. I... needed my cups still and asked the girl who seemed to be the manager and she yelled at the cashier to ?make sure he gives thecups out? but in a very rude tone I spoke up and said ?I paid at the kiosk and he did not know? I?m not sure why she is so rudeto all the employees but when you are a leader make you are leading you?re restaurant by example toe everyone and demonstratingrespect and integrity to customers and employees. Got some breakfast with my son this morning and we had a couple of questions and she answered them all but what stuck with me... is, everywhere you go it seems no matter what you say or do, people who are supposed to be professional while working. But thismorning, even though we had questions and she had to spend more than 30 seconds with us she was very polite and she gave us thebest answers and options she had. Needed to add on a happy meal after my toddler saw the sonic toys in the happy meals on a sign.. I got to the window to pay,... mind you there was no line and she told me she can't add on at the drive thru paying window. I had to go back through drive thruto order the happy meal for my son.
