12 dollars for 3 small pieces of over fried chicken? Won't be going back and probably not to another Carl's Jr at all...
It's the first time at a restaurant like this but when ur traveling sometimes it's the only choice...food was ???? cold...burger... patty taste like it was sitting in the warmer for awhile... french fries were terrible and cold...service seem to be unwelcomingand not hospitable at all...very cold and unfriendly..I've been in the food business awhile like 40 yrs and if the staff is nothappy they should find something that makes them happy...it's definitely not working here....this my first time...but I assureyou I won't be back.. Each year the family takes a road trip to California and inevitably we stop at this particular restaurant to take a break from... driving. It also happens to be next to a large Tesla super charger station which is desirable now that one of the family has aModel S. However, this last trip found the restaurant in even worse disrepair than the last time. The urinal in the mens roomwas seemingly still out of order since our last visit. The service was equally poor as our order taker got our order wrongdespite mentioning the specifics more than once. As a result both of our orders were prepared incorrectly. So please, if youdo eat here, check your receipt right away for any errors so that you might get them corrected before they make your food. Onour way back we ate at a different venue. Read more

I have no idea what is going on here. They didn't make our food anything like what was pictured. No sauces because they said... they were out. Let me just say that if you don't have the stuff to make the sandwich then tell the customer and let us decideif we still want it. Plus the place needs some serious attention ???? ???? Read more
This Carl's Jr was at Quartzsite. It was a steaming HOT day so stopped for a bite to eat & a cool down. Dirty restaraunt. Order-taker added and charged items we didn't order. Meanwhile, items we did order were left off and had to be... re-ordered. Buns on all items were burned; this location isn't cleaning their grill and burning items instead. Sandwich withextra pickles served with no pickles. This place is pretty bad even for a fast-food place. Read more
I placed a pick order in the 5:00 hour and upon arriving the drive thru was poppin! My pick up order advised to go inside to... let them know I arrived. Mako the service rep was so pleasant and told me she?d bring it out. Within minutes she had my orderand even ran back inside because SHE remembered she forgot the ranch and she came back out so sweet and said she wouldn?t havebeen able to sleep had she not done that. Seriously?! She?s a gem of an employee! It?s not easy to find someone so hardworking, efficient, pleasant, and caring in the service world sometimes especially fast food and she hits it out of thepark. Not only that but our entire order was 100% accurate even when we had customizations for each burger. Thank you so muchfor that! It?s so amazing to arrive home and enjoy the food purchased! Read more
