Jennifer and Zoe were amazing. We had butchered our order and had to make some changes at the window. It was really busy and my... kids were flipping out. Jennifer and Zoe came to the rescue and helped me bring my kids back down to earth. They even gave themeach a kids cone which made their day! Next time we drive across AZ & CA we will make sure to stop and see the lovely ladies J &Z from McDonalds Quartzite in Arizona. Read more
This was one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The place was packed wall to wall with guests, they had one person... taking orders, the kiosk to order your own food was slow and inefficient, plus several were broken. The fries were undercookedand the large fry box was about half full. One of two ice machines were broken, the Sprite was carbonated water only. Thecleanliness was... well the bathrooms were disgusting, let's leave it at that. I get it, they were busy but if they can't giveme my $65 worth of food and service then limit the number of customers. I would rather eat just about anywhere than this place.Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. There are many other restaurants in the area and if you are smart youwill eat at one of them, I wish we did. Read more

So I am on a greyhound bus and this location was our break stop and the Caucasian woman asked if I had the app and she... complimented my jacket so sweet and cheerful love her already ???????? I ordered online because there lobby was closed right,butI called because I was having trouble with my payment order and I believe the manager, Caucasian Man with glasses was there tohelp me,he was really sweet and i told him that my bus leaves at 12:55 so is it okay your able to move my order up and he wasokay with that. He brought me my food and I thought that I paid for a drink but I didn't and he gave me a free drink???? notonly that when I got back on the bus I looked and the bag and instead of a 6 piece he gave me a 10 piece like wow he needs to bemoved to a higher rank at this work. I work at Sonic in Washington and when I travel again here hopefully he will be therebecause I will tip him ???? what a great man???? Read more
Rude cashier. Overcharged me for food I told her I didn?t want, and when I went back up for a refund she called me a liar in... front of me to her manager. When she read back the order I tried to correct her then but didn?t take the item off. Completefailure of proper customer service. Sad. Read more
No pride in product here. The lobby is trashed. I couldn?t find a single table that was clean. All kinds of trash on the floor.... A very dirty restaurant. The food tasted fine, but it was caked with mayonnaise and when I unwrapped it, the bun was off to theside of the chicken patty putting mayo on the wrapper and making a mess. I realize its McDonalds, but thats no reason to notcare. My fries were pretty cold too. Read more

We wondered why the people ahead of us took so long until we got up to the speaker and found the person taking the order unable... to get it right after three tries. Then, after a nice gal at the pay window, the food pickup gal was not only surly but mumbledsomething to my husband, handing him the wrong order. When I pointed out there was twice as much food as we ordered, shescowled and blamed my husband for taking the wrong order. When we tried to return it, she advised she wasn't allowed to take itback and waited as though we should pay for what we had not ordered. She then handed us our right order with very bad grace.
