We?ve been here twice because the first time was so enjoyable! The burgers were large and full of flavor! The fried chicken... wings were a treat too! We randomly wandered in while we were using the nearby Tesla supercharger. Sometimes you find a little small town gem. That was... the case on our visit to this charming local bar and restaurant. We met Omar the owner who had a beaming personality and asolidly made pulled pork sandwich. He smokes the meat with hardwoods like pecan and mesquite. On our way home we will bestopping back by for the ribs. Definite hometown appeal with a number of pool tables, occasional live music and exceptionalservice. This place was a breath of fresh air. Never would think this is a little motel. Staff is amazing and very accommodating. The way... they have this set up is so cute. Very clean rooms and everyone is so friendly. I absolutely look forward to staying here everytime we come to visit my dad. Read more

What a gem!!! Came in was able to be seated immediately Shannon was my waitress and her joy of working there was apparent. Huge... smiles and took my order quickly, efficiently, and correctly! For lunch I had the small fish and chips with a side salad. Let metell you this Florida lady is happy as a clam!! The fish was crispy, perfectly fried, moist, and flavorful! Chips were awesomeas well it?s apparent they are using good potatoes and clean oil! Side salad was a little small for my liking but it was fresh.Tarter sauce is obviously home made as well, and delicious. Oh and my food came out about 3 mins after I ordered I didn?t evenhave the time to finish my game of solitaire! By far the best fish and chips I?ve had ever in a land locked state! I finishedthe meal with a slice of cheesecake which was just okay. But over all I am super thankful there is an amazing restaurant likethis in Quartzite! We stopped here on our way to Joshua Tree and this is honestly the best affordable place one ever stayed. There is a cute... nautical theme to each room. The rooms are single wide trailers split by a connecting door but each side has their ownbathroom. The room was very clean, spacious, and had a tv, microwave and mini fridge. The sheets and blankets are very soft,and no cigarette burns in anything. The bathroom was huge and very very clean. Tons of towels and soap were provided. I lovedthe room decor, which is specific ship themed and there were historical tidbits over the one wall. The night clerk was helpfuland very polite as well. We are dinner at the restaurant and it was very good American food. There was live music anddancing! I highly recommended this place and will be sure to stop in again. Word of caution, it fills up months in advanceduring snowbird season. Read more
