Exactly yesterday, we ordered food in this fast food chain and one of the cashiers were treating us very poorly. We knew right... away that she, this rude cashier, had a very discriminatory approach towards us, knowing that we are visible minorities. Theywere treating the other customers just fine, but not us. They gave us a hard time to be properly serviced. Just because youwork a mininum wage job, doesn't make you get the right to behave erratically and disrespectfully towards a customer. Ordered 2 Buddy Burgers and Onion rings with a Rootbeer. Picked up exactly what I ordered at the window. Truly hot burgers and... hot onion rings and an ice cold rootbeer. The person taken the order was very polite and asked all the right questions, example(cheese, condiments, ice) even received napkins and a smiley thank you. Read more
Bread was rotten, not really fresh sadly and quite disappointing food overall, at least staff was kind and very welcoming
Great service as always. Today I tried the cod burger and it tasted bland to me. Although the batter is nice and crispy It needs... to be spiced up a little more. The Cole slaw is a good compliment to the fish but is not enough to enhance the overall tasteexperience. I would suggest a medium spicy cajun batter to improve the taste. Read more

I like A&W, the burgers are good and the breakfast is great, but the hours here are weird... I found online they're supposed to... open at 8, but they definetly don't. Found somewhere else that they open at 11, but there are people in the kitchens at 9, solike what if I want some eggs? Do I have to go to McDonald's instead? I feel like the restaurant's losing customers because theyaren't opened for breakfast. Anyway, I was feeling a classic breakfast but I guess I'll have to settle for a sandwich.
