We did the discovery menu ($85) with wine pairing ($69) and it was fantastic. The service was possibly the best I've experienced... at any restaurant ever (the wine may have made me a little biased). The discovery menu can be vegan or non-vegan so my partnerand I diverged for what turned out to be a very fun experience. Read more

We enjoyed an exquisite meal at the bar, with fabulous cocktails, made by a friendly and professional bartender. Cold, and hot,... oysters and venison tartare were a highlight of the brand new menu they have introduced. The space is elegant and welcomingwith sophisticated decor. Read more

A very enjoyable first dinner in Quebec City! We had the discovery menus - one omnivore and one pescatarian. The prestige wine... pairing was excellent. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is a couple of the dishes lacked that extra component ofexquisiteness I want from a high-end restaurant. The pork (rather than beef) for the last warm dish was certainly good but notoutstanding - a little tough and lacking in flavor. Same for the gnocchi portion of the halibut. But, overall we had anexcellent meal and drinks. Read more

Special place to go for a special meal. They have a nice 5 course meal for either omnivores or vegans. They have two types of... wine pairings plus a very good and creative non-alcoholic pairing. The food is very good and the presentation is supurb. Theyhave a main dining room, a smaller dinning room, and a very nice patio. The service is top notch. Read more

The main reason for the 1 star is the uncomfortable service we received and the overpriced food. The food was good, just... extremely over priced. My wife had 2 VERY SMALL glasses of wine, we each had an appetizer, and we shared a main course. Over$200. We sat at the bar. My wife asked the bartender about wine, and he scolded her and said "we are ordering food right now".My wife was embarrassed after that and had a hard time enjoying herself. I then asked if an entree had duck in it, because weare vegan and it's a mostly vegan restaurant (or so we were told). The waiter also took offense to this question and said theyonly serve "real" food. My wife then asked about getting a glass of wine, and he said they only had "exceptional wines". I don'teven know what that meant to be honest. I just feel it's not difficult to be polite to the customer when you are paying over$200 for food that is mediocre. Some of the other waiters were very nice, so maybe our waiter was having a bad day. If he wasactually polite, I would have given this restaurant a 3. But unfortunately, that isn't what happened. Be prepared for a unique and exciting voyage through an evening of flavours. The discovery menu was great fun and if you chose... the wine pairing I would recommend the prestige as unfortunately the local wines do not do justice to the interesting anddelicate flavours of the food. The customer service was exceptional, including extra effort by the management in the followingdays to return my jacket after it was accidently taken by another guest. Read more
