The activity itself is fun, it?s special to create a keepsake to preserve the memory, and it?s a good way to pass a few hours... with children. However, the service is poor. Having been a server for many years, I understand the demands of the job. Itwasn?t very busy and we were made to feel like we were a nuisance. It seemed a burden for the server to explain how the activityworked and she didn?t guide us as to order food and drink. She also brought us a dirty high chair, which she saw me cleaningmyself. We went to the counter, where the server was friendly and accommodating. The price is also really high. We paid $140for three ceramic items. You also have to clean the utensils and put everything away yourself. There is a 15 day wait to pick upyour items. Finally, it?s really important to book in advance. This is not clearly specified on their site. The first time wewent, I was turned away, much to my three year old?s disappointment. Read more

Had a good time while we were there however, never received any email or phone call that we could go pick up our finished pieces... (over two months ago now) tried calling every week for over a month now with never any answers. For the price paid - weunderstand that we went during a busy time but we were expecting to at least get our pieces that we paid for or an explanationas to why we have not been contacted. Very disappointed with this entire situation and sad that I have not been able to reachthe cafe. Read more

Really fun but can be quite busy so I'd book in advance. Lots of selection to choose from and a nice, relaxing environment

First time there. There were many options to pain, many colpurs of paint, many tools to choose and use, the music was on point... and their staff incredible. For 40$ i have a massive yarn bowl, and spent an entire afternoon into the evening with friends.Plus the AC is a plus this summer. Read more

It is a cute cafe to go with family or friends. The price of ceramics range between 10 and 40 $. I advise a reservation to pay... only 9$ for the use of the workshop and the paintings. Read more

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Prices for the ceramics and studio time are more than fair (though delivery is a bit... pricey, still worth it for sure). My wife and I had a really great time. This would be a great place to take kids and probablyan even better spot for a fun date. Read more

Such a nice place! I went there to do a whole kitchenware set (bowls, big and small plates, cups). The staff was really helpful... and gave me tricks and suggestions. A little bit pricey when you pay for time and your ceramic piece, but worth it for uniquepieces! Read more

It's was my first time. Staff are helpful as they fully explained the procedure to painting on the ceramic. It's a very quiet... place as everyone is concentrated on his craft. Love this place. Highly recommended Read more
