It's almost a mandatory stop when you're in Québec City, but the poutine is okay. I can't say it's the best in the world or... the best in Québec, but I mean, It's okay. The fries are soft, the cheese feels a little too processed. You know what'sdelicious? The gravy! It is solid. If you're in Québec City, have a small Chez Ashton poutine, but have another one elsewherealso. Read more
Value for money fast food, spacious environment.
Fast and lovely service, the team and the managing team as well know what they are doing. They just don't put enough cheese and... gravy sauce, i suggest you to ask for a supplement, so the fries will be smooth in your mouth. Read more

The french fries is plain. The cheese and sauce are not really good. Yet the staff is nice.
The poutine was delicious. The girl at the counter seemed a bit mean.
