It was a very nice place; we went here for dinner but a bit early around 6 pm and it wasn’t too crowded. The quality of food... was awesome and the server was pretty nice too. The place is in a plaza so ample parking available. They typically serve varietyof poutine, burgers and sides like fried, fried cheese curds and onion rings. There is a select drinks menu as well. Chez Victor is a burger franchise you can only find at Quebec city, they offer a variety of burgers and/or poutine, and are... served with fries. They have a fun menu, I tried a poutine that had gnocchi in it. Burgers were well portioned, sauces that gowith their fries are delicious! Usually chez victor is one of our fav burger places in quebec city, though we usually go to another location. Menu got smaller,... but prices went up. The quality of the patty is different also, had no texture and was... mushy? Plus it was hot to the point ofburning my lip, which makes me question if they are starting to microwave food, no patty gets to that point on a grill and ivenever had that issue in the past whatsoever at the other location... i had to ice my lip when we got home. We also got therewhile there was hardly anybody, and still waited almost an hour and a half to be served our food. I also understand during covidtimes outdoor dining is needed, but it was hot and humid and they had both the garage style doors open that day with no AC,which made the dining experience unpleasant sitting inside. While the staff seemed kind, the whole experience wasn't worth the80$ spent. Read more

Don't order the chicken club!!! Unfortunetly my chicken had the same consistency as canned chicken. It was cold, wet and... extremely disappointing, it did not taste or feel like freshly cooked chicken. I hesitated writing this review because the burgers are great! But that club was far from anything I would ever recommend to anyone. Read more
They're known for their amazing burgers, and this time is nonetheless different... Even the simplest one is amazingly good. This... place is normally full every lunch time, mostly due to the industry around, so trying to go a little earlier or late may avoidyou some waiting lines. You do not see many staffs, which may delay your initial order, but after that, it goes smoothly. Notmany tables, but it seems enough for their business. You can expect a modern ambient, big windows with a pitch of "industriallike" environment. Only two clean bathrooms, which sometimes is not enough. Staff is nice, courteous and very flexible on yourrequests. Great place for business lunches. Read more
Best burger place in town. Never disappointed, always satisfied. Portions are generous, all plates are tasty. Their french fries... are the best and so are their various mayoneses. The salads are quite awesome too; I would usually take half-french fries andhalf-salad. They usually have a good beer selection although this is more variable. I usually have the magrebian burger but willsometimes have the chef's special which can be quite original. Read more
