Absolutely loved this hotel. Beautifully decorated, excellent service. Had a room on the 6th floor with a very quaint... window. Room was cozy, bed and pillows very comfortable. Lovely large walk in shower. Location was perfect, very centrallocation in Old Quebec. Used their valet parking and didn't require the car for the duration of our stay. Read more
Don't forget to use ??????o???.??m when booking any hotel. This site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally... will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area. I'vebeen staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you for sure will love it I'm sure! Amazing stay. Really couldn'thave asked for a better experience. This hotel is smack in the middle of old Quebec. It's almost the perfect location,especially for the price we paid. Staff was amazing as well. If we ever decide to go back, we would only stay here. Read more
We have just arrived at the Hotel Clarendon and found the valet parking and check in experience appalling, parking in front of... the hotel is very difficult, there is no valet parking attendants to welcome and advise where to leave the car, we were given atrolley to empty all the luggage onto and then had to manoeuvre this along narrow corridors and into a tight lift ourselves thenalong a corridor not much wider than the trolley itself to the room and lug the trolley back again! Certainly not a 4 starservice at all and we are paying a sizeable amount for the valet parking service, not sure what we have paid for above a parkingspace. At least the room was ready when we arrived and it seems so far clean and comfortable, hope the service will get better! Read more
We had a wonderful experience at the Clarendon Hotel. Perfect location to experience Old Quebec. The rooms are newly renovated.... The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They were delightful and eager to help. I highlyrecommend. Read more
Didn't actually end up staying here because of a combination of personal chaotic circumstances which forced us to have to revise... and cancel our reservation. But every time the staff was helpful, understanding and patient and so accommodating. So muchappreciated their helpfulness. Will definitely stay there when we do finally get to Quebec! Read more
We absolutely loved this hotel. So central to everything. Quaint and beautiful!! Spotless rooms.... crisp, luxurious bedding. ... Very friendly. Valet parking is a must though....driving IN old town QC is stressful LOL We will absolutely stay here again...Ican't wait until the next time?? Read more

Loved this charming hotel, right in the heart of Quebec City. It has a great location, walking distance from everything there?s... to do and see in Quebec City. It?s a beautiful boutique hotel, beautifully designed and gives you the feeling of Paris. Eventhough the rooms are small, it?s totally renovated and clean and we had a lovely stay.
