Sadly, I wasn't able to get my order, because the staff forgot me. I was assigned a table and waited for a while. There was less... than five customers in the restaurant with many servers available. After waiting for a while, I decided to leave. As I wasleaving, I could see some of the servers making eye contact with me, but saying nothing. Moreover, I heard the servers having adiscussion as who was responsible for serving me, yet no one came to appologize or ask me to stay. Some recommendations: - Assoon as you assign someone at a table, take responsibility for them, until you transfer that client to another server. - Whenyou sit the customer, don't simply go away - offer something to drink while they wait. - Prioritise your task on the customers,especially when you are waiting around.
