The chef was insanely excellent. The table gastronomique, which is a well priced 5 service meal is definetly worth it. Each... course was very flavorful, cooked to perfection and well presented. The wine pairing and service was also excellent. Amazing food and service. After a long day of exploring old Quebec City, my parents and I went to Le Bistango for supper. They... have some great options of drinks, and the food was amazing. I really liked their salmon, and their turnip soup was delicious.(We had the full course meal that included a starter, a soup, a main plate, a dessert, and then coffee or tea).
