Very unprofessional. Will not recommend to anyone

Very unwelcoming & unprofessional experience. We went there on Christmas eve, 2021. The closing time was shown 5PM onli3, & we... pre-ordered through website & paid online. And pickup was at 4:55PM & we reached there about at 4:56. The store was empty! Noone was there. The contact number on website was the store number, which obviously no one answered. We went there next day andthe person was almost closed the store and ready to leave (at 4Pm instead of 5). We told him about the issue & he was surprisedthat mucho burrito accepts orders through website! - we wanted our food, but he simply called manager and gave us refund fromcash register and left! Even one star is a lot for this place. Terrible service and rude staff. He gave me half of my order cause he dropped the other... half in the sink and he charged me for the whole sandwich. When I asked him to re-do my order he argued with me!!!! Horribleplace. Never eat there. Read more
