Simplicity of the website, punctuality, courtesy. It?s was very pleasant as always.
Don't often stop by chains in Quebec city, but I don't know if it was this specific location, or all Salvatoré, but the pizza... was amazing, very satisfying and tasty. It truly hit the spot. Service was very pleasant and quick as well! Won't hesitate tostop by again. Definitely try the Salvatoré special and the Quebecoise. Read more

I came in to order in person this evening, first of all the girl was rushing our order and we were so clear to her that we... wanted to order 4 classic medium size poutine. After waiting for 20 minutes they have us a tiny bag. When we were on the wayhome, I realized that there was only one poutine which clearly I ordered 4 and I paid for it but I only received one. Do not goto this place since employees don?t understand you and they rush your order and they don?t even stand still for a second to makesure they are hearing you out and hearing clearly your order Read more

Hated my experience today. Order came in 1 hours later than estimated time. Pizza was laking toppings and sauce. Cookie toppings... were everywhere. Guy at the costumer service was not helpful at all. Overall, very disappointed. I have contacted their Webservice and they answered fairly fast. They said they will look into the problem and offered me compensation for the delay.Overall pleased with the response and hopefully it will get better. Read more
