This review is only directed at the kitchen & a certain delivery guy. During the quarantine I ordered there quite often,... multiple times a week. At first, the food arrived here, how it should be, burgers as said & seen on the menu on their site,pizza cooked correctly, fries portion were like presented, but cold every time. Then, orders started missing stuff or not beingproperly cooked, my burgers did not have the lettuce or the tomatoes, sometime both, fries portions were inconsistent, but nevermore than at first... I got undercooked pizza, sometimes I received my coleslaw, other not. All in all kitchen lackedstandards. I don't know if its because of the team behind the burners or because of new cooks, or even restaurant not caring,nevertheless, it should not happen as often. Then there's this guy who delivered to my place. He arrived, knocked, I opened thedoor, he gave me my food then asked me if another of the delivery guy had done something, I told him no, they were all verynice, I proceeded to ask the why of his inquisition, he said it's because of the tip, I told him I have left some, he, then,told me: Petit conseil, laisser plus de pourboir la prochaine fois. I was quite outraged by his asking, as I had left some tipand it was not just .25$, at this point he basically implied I could have trouble with my food if I didn't do so. We made a reservation about a week in advance for about 20 people. When we arrived they were incredibly short staffed, with only... one girl attending to us. We waited 15 minutes for drink orders and another 20 for food orders. We waited about an hour and ahalf for food to appear. Food was subpar, and the quantity was very little for the price. Our waitress was very polite and keptsmiling and we appreciate her efforts despite the lack of care by the restaurant. Two of us never even recieved their food. Wewill not be returning. Read more
The food was ok, but the service was terribly slow and indifferent. It took close to 20 minutes between the time we were seated... and when we placed our order. Then it was another 45 minutes to get our food. Just getting water took forever. We'll avoid thisplace in the future. Read more
Service was very good . Burgers were dry and the buns were too crispy. I really don't like my buns toasted. Fries were okay... salad was okay . Smoked meat club was delicious and the Coors light on tap was delicious. Read more
Place was totally dead only 3 tables including us the elderly waitress took forever to take our orders, forgot to ask for... drinks, I had to chase her down for the missing drinks, no straws were given. Not once did she come over offering refills orjust simply to see how everything was. Again only two other tables in the restaurant area not including the bar area. Istrongly advice against this place the food was pretty terrible. Never again! Read more
Good amount of food for the price, great menu selection. Toasts and eggs were a little bit on the dry side, but the bacon was... excellent, tasty and crispy! Coffee is good, all you can drink and included in most meals. Read more
