Probably the worst Starbucks in all of Montreal... (Because it's not bad enough as it is ) That asian guy at the cash : RUDE The... people making the drinks: INCOMPETENT. They are incapable of making a decent simple Latte. But then again, if you are expectinga good latte from a company that knows nothing about coffee, your in for a disappointment. Read more

Friendly staff, but for the past three years that I?ve lived in the area, I noticed that the drinks? tastes are always... inconsistent. Often times the drinks taste watered downed. Either the baristas aren?t being trained to make the drinks the waythey should be made, or they are watering down their syrups. Read more

Worst starbucks in Montreal hands down. Omg the waiting time during lunch is abnormal (15-20 minutes for a cappucino). Employees... are talking together and taking their time, very frustrating, just look at the people waiting on the picture. I tried to come atleast 4-5 times, everytime same story. Even had to get reimburse because the waiting time was too long. If you wish to wait fornothing and lose your time please visit this location. Very slow service!!! If you?re in a hurry don?t even bother going,l ordered a simple black ice coffee and I waited 15 minutes... and the rice bar was not fresh at all. Sorry but that was my experience. Read more

Didn?t have any iced coffee, which is something that happens but it was just past midday so a bit odd. Super slow, like I?ve not... seen before at a Starbucks. Multiple order mess ups for other people. My first coffee was given right away and got a bit cold bythe time the second came. There were also people who said they?d been there 25-30 minutes (?). The staff seemed confused andlike young teenagers. I tried to get a refund for it and they said they?d rush it but I still asked for one. The refund processdid take longer than the coffee once they rushed it so I was able to leave with the coffee. Edit: By the time my second coffeecare the first one (which I had not touched, it was for a friend and had the green stopper in it) has started leaking. Thecoffee was filled ABOVE the rim of the lid like the guy had filled up the whole cup and then magically added me. Building thepyramids from the top down. Impossible structure. Don?t know.
