Full Starbucks menu conveniently located in the Fairmont Hotel. The staff was friendly, and there was some seating available, so... it was a nice warm place to take a break. You can pay with the app at this location and still get bonus stars/offers; if yourcard is loaded with a different currency the exchange rate is decent. Read more
Visited multiple times to this location in October 2022. This location is a typical small Starbucks. Wish this one had a special... mug for the historical location it is in, but they did have Canada+Quebec mugs and other items available for purchase. Restrooms(toilette) are located in the hotel and not as part of this Starbucks location. Good service, and coffee's received fairlyquickly after ordering. Consistency across the company locations. Does NOT open at 7am but 7:30am. Please adjust your online hours. People plan entire mornings around you, the only coffee shop... in the vicinity, being open. Read more

My review for this Starbucks location is pretty basic. It's basically order my drink and got what I needed. No issues at all!... Staff was friend and did speak English. Also on another note, I did used my credit card at this location and the transaction istreated as a lodging type transaction for those credit cards that get bonus points on particular spend categories. I can't imagine ever wanting to be a starbucks customer ever again, at any location, because of how disgustingly poor my... experience was today. Not only did the employee at the til refuse to speak English to me, they also chose to continue talking totheir coworkers instead of listening to me when I said they'd need to refill my gold card (like I asked) before I made mypurchase. Then, I was told for my regular latte that it was over $8 and when I asked why, I was met with a rude comment to takeit or leave it because the price is that way because of the hotel. Even at $5 the coffee is overpriced, but $8 for a coffee thatwas so burnt it tasted like an ashtray and so hot that with a sleeve and my glove on it was still too hot to hold... is acomplete waste of time and money. Expensive than other starbuks in the town due to their location. Very busy and usually 10-15min wait on queue. Staff is really... courteous and cool despite of such high volume of customers whole day. Ample of space to sit bit still not enough for the crowdaround here. Read more
