After 4 years of daily poor service I'm done. I order the same coffee everyday and 1 out of 10 times they might get it right or... even come close to getting it right. Today I asked for the same medium hot coffee with 4 sugars 4 milks and 4 caramel swirls. He handed me an iced coffee. When i told him I ordered a hot medium coffee with 4 milks 4 sugars and 4 caramel swirls he handedme a hot medium coffee with cream, no sugar and no caramel swirl. It's no use trying anymore. i loved DD's sausage, egg and cheese croissant when i 1st ordered them but i was quickly made to realize that the quality of the... product is inconsistent. odd and very inconvenient refund policy, special access card required to process a refund and only themanager can use it. so if manager is not on duty, no refund available, for a $$$ place this is not acceptible Read more
I don't think my order has ever been correct when I've gone through the drive thru. Long wait times even when they're not busy... at all. Inconsistent quality, especially for drinks. Staff acts as though we're inconveniencing them when we ask for, you know,the things we actually ordered. Head to West Leb if you really need to hit up a Dunkin, but don't bother with this one.Terrible. Read more
Hours say open until 5. I arrived at 4:40 and sat in the drive through for a couple minutes, after no one answered I drove... around to the front and found the door to be locked, with one employee inside. I asked the employee if we would be able to get adonut to which I was denied being told they had run out of donuts. I walked back to my truck to find the same employee throwingthe remainder of their donuts in the dumpster. If I could give zero stars I would. Read more
This is a mini Dunkin' donuts. No one is allowed inside anymore so the drive-thru is the only way you're going to get your... coffee and yummies. There's a very short drive-thru but it took forever to get through it this morning. I suspect that they wereshort staffed. I waited almost 15 minutes with two cars ahead of me. But the order was accurate. I gave them a dollar tip. I gotwhat I wanted. And I never drink coffee so I don't go there for that. Read more

Horrible customer service!! Whoever the lady was who was working on 10/22/22 at 12:53pm, fought with me when I called saying the... coffee was cold. She continued to say ?it?s not cold, you?re lying.
