First of all, they were out of all their coke products, which had I known that before ordering I wouldn't have even eaten here... since they had nothing else I liked. After waiting forever for our food we went to see where it was we were told that somebodyelse had been given our order. We were never even called that it was ready, so how they could give our order to some randomperson is beyond me. Read more
I really thought I would be able to get a shake late at night at least from Burger King, but I was wrong!!! I tried left early... enough to get there with 15 minutes before they closed. After catching every light I got to this Burger King at 10:50 and wentto the drive through. No one was responding to me on the speaker phone to take my order. So I drove to the window. When I wasthere I saw 2 employees cleaning the kitchen. I said hello loudly and they didn?t respond. I even honked the horn (which isloud) they continued to clean like they didn?t see me, even though I saw both of them lean over to see someone at the drivethrough and they should still be open. This is completely not professional or ok. This is the only Burger King in San Tan Valleyand it?s something I would expect someone in management to fix. Figure it out and don?t be lazy! Read more
We were not very happy with our latest order. We have used this store since we moved in the area 6 months ago. Service has... steadily degraded over this time period. Our last order, which was a mobile order, had all the items just thrown in the bag halfhazardly. The fries were very cold as were the other items. I thought mobile orders were prepared fresh as are the otherorders. My partner went in to request fresh fries. They were not very happy. Really!! We are the freaking customer helping youpay your bills!!! While waiting for our fries, my partner saw that a drive through customer didn't want their order. Thecustomer actually touch and handled their order. Instead of throwing that customer's order away, the employee placed all thefood items back into the food trays. There was a group of about 10 laborers in front of me. They emptied the ice in the soda fountain. There was no ketchup for my... French fries, so I requested dipping sauce. The chicken sandwich I had was pretty good! The fries were cooked perfectly! Read more
Ordered a #10 & added an additional chicken sandwich today around 2pm. My stomach is killing me among other disgusting things... going on with my body in response to the bad food they served me. The management needs to come in on those days/hours to see howtheir staff is conducting business. Hope I don?t expire from food poisoning. Calling the health department. The chickensandwich?s there are garbage. I suspect that they took them from the actual garbage. Never going here again.This place needs tohire new management and a new staff. I was the fourth car in the drive through and it literally took me 35 minutes to get my food. When I finally got it nothing I... asked for on my Whopper was there and half of one of the patties was missing. It completely grossed me out and I couldn't eatit! Read more
Very disappointed costumer here. Last night for dinner, I was hungry for a Big Fish sandwich! Got home and went to take a bite,... and COULD NOT bite through the fish. Almost broke my front tooth! I took the top bun off and saw the HARD dark brown square thatwas ?suppose to be? the fish pattie! I barely could cut through it with a steak knife!!!! I live about 20 minutes away so Ijust took the loss and did not drive back to Burger King, but will NOT be a returning costumer to this location. Verydisappointing. One star is just to much!
