Came here during lunch (2pm). I made a couple orders for myself and a coworker. Everything was fresh, hot and made exactly to... order. Gross!! Person handling the food had her fingers in her mouth and ear when putting the COLD fries in the sleve. Every available... table was filthy. Asked the fingers in the mouth girl if someone could clean 1 table and she huffed at me and called someoneelse to do it. The burger was so cold the cheese couldn't melt. Decent fast food, and unlike most of the competition, they have actually useful money saving specials like the two for $6 deals.... And I always enjoy seeing Daniel at the drive-thru window. His attitude always leaves me with a smile and good cheer. Read more
UPDATE MARCH 24. Still knocking it out of the park. Needed a light bite so I ordered a regular burger ($1.19) and a large fry.... The order was correct, the drive up window employee friendly, and their burger patty seems quite a bit larger than thecompetition. This BK is located at the far end of the Home Depot parking lot at Power and Germann Roads. Was picking up itemsat Home Depot at lunchtime and ordered a Whopper at the drive through. The staff was friendly and courteous. My custom-orderedburger was ready in no time and was perfect. The person who built this one got it right. I'm pleased to see that BK is usingeco-friendly, low-mass old fashioned paper wrappers instead of cardboard packaging which eats up more resources and energy andadds unneeded bulk to our landfills. My paper bag had napkins - something that many order fillers forget to include, but nothere. Overall, a good bite and a good experience. Read more
THIS EXPERIENCE WAS SO BAD, WE CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! IT WAS SO BAD, WE WOULD LIKE OUR MONEY BACK! ???TIMELINESS The... place was dead. No customers. So we did not expect the attitude nor to be asked to move from the drive through window, tothe front of the store & WAIT for her to bring our food out. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH EXCEPT US! ???? ???STAFF The older lady at the drive through, with short salt&pepoer hair, did not look happy or courteous. She was curt &seemed agitated when asked a question about a new menu item we wanted to try, the Cha-king. ???CLEANLINESS It was night time,so we couldn't tell. ???FOOD / TEMP The meals we ordered were the new Cha-Kings. None of us could eat them. The breadingwas so burnt it was hard & the inside was dry. DISGUSTING! ???CORRECTNESS OF ORDER To make matters worse, we weren't given anynapkins or Ketchup ???AMBIANCE. I've given this location a few chances. It's never very busy, and it's still pretty slow. Today it was 2 cars and one of the... employees was running around frantic inside like they had a line to the street! And it was still slow!!! Our order ALWAYS hassomething wrong with it. Today my sourdough burger wasn't even grilled and it was cold. And my onion rings were cold and superchewy. I always try to end bad with good though.....The older gentleman that's always at the window is nice every time. Read more
Service was ok. Had to wait for quite a bit before someone in the back saw us and came up to our order. New Incredible Burger... is pretty good. I like the new tacos to. Always appreciate when they load you up on veggies. Some days it's not always likethat but fairly consistent here. Read more
Went inside placed a togo order, 20 minutes go by. Finally ask what the hold up was, they seemed genuinely sorry that they... forgot to fill my order. But sorry doesn't get my time back. Get home and of the six burgers I ordered 2 had special requestswich were wrong, the receipt showed the correct special orders but the makers didn't apply the changes. Very frustrating ???? Read more
