This Chick-fil-A was absolutely awful. The wait time was 42 minutes. If the wait time is longer than twenty minutes there should... be some kind of announcement when you order. I ordered on the app, waited and waited and waited. Finally went in to check thestatus of the order it was already twenty minutes. The manager said ten more minutes. It was not. It would have been faster todrive to Mesa to pick up Chick-fil-A and drive back to this location and eat. The manager was very apologetic but there shouldbe something to stop or give warning about the wait. Read more
They put pickles on my no pickle sandwich. Everyone makes mistakes I get it, but they got the other 3 right but one. I except... when you spend 50 bucks to get it right! I called and no response, no response! I should just call the card company and cancelthe payment since the service never fulfilled my order! This location has gotten very very bad. The quality of the food is very poor. Frosted lemonade was halfway diluted already. The... 12 count chicken nuggets were half cooked and chewy. This place just needs to move and rebuild in queen creek, it?s gotta be the busiest place at the marketplace besides target. It... will take 2 hours to go eat here with your family and probably 90 minutes all together for a mobile order. I love this place,but they deserve better, wayyy too much traffic and not enough room. They have perfected the fast food drive through. Two lanes of ordering, an outside station to pay, so when you get to the... window your food is ready. Be sure to ask for Chic-fil-A sauce. Strangely it's the thing that makes them different from theother chicken sandwich stores, and they are a little stingy with it. We keep any extras, and you can make anything taste goodwith it. My family and I came to chick fil an and waited over 30 minutes for our food. We asked them where our food was and they said it... would be out very soon. We waited 10 more minutes and still nothing. We went back up to the counter for them to say they didn?thave our order and they would not make it because there was other orders in front of ours. There were many other people who saidthey had the same problem. One couple said they waited over an hour. All they offered us was an extra fry. After waiting allthat time.
