I went in 3 days before my daughters birthday to order a custom cake she specifically requested and was SOOOO excited for!! They... assured me it would be ready for pickup at 12pm on her birthday. I got there at 1pm that day, and there was no cake. The girlsworking there couldn?t get ahold of the cake decorator either to find out why, but now we have no cake for my daughters birthdayparty that she really really wanted. It honestly really sucks and is not fair to her at all. I?m very upset that this happenedthis way and would strongly caution ANYONE ordering a custom cake from this store to either go somewhere else, or have a backupplan so your kids birthday isn?t ruined. Took my Daughter here for her Birthday! Who doesn't love Ice Cream on a birthday! I had Black Cherry and mixed in some Twix. The... wife had Vanilla but got it loaded with all sorts of crazy candy and chocolate. She was pretty happy with her outcome. Ice cream was DELICIOUS but I was impressed with the service at this particular Creamery. People that work there are VERY... FRIENDLY. They welcome every customer, they wish you a good day when leaving the store and they took care of you very well. Eventhat my English is not very good, they did a great job trying to understand my clumsy accent and they gave me and EVERYBODY atthe store a GREAT SERVICE! I'll come back for sure! Read more
We had a great experience at Cold Stone last night! We tried a few samples before picking our ice cream (of course). The... employees were helpful and kind as we made our selections. I love Cold Stone, I love ice cream period. I was very impressed with this location because the employees were NOT annoyed when... I told them I had an allergy. They went out of their way to make sure there was no chance for my weird allergy to be triggered.I tried the Monster Cookie Mash, very surprised at how great the flavors blend. Read more
