Been going here since they opened and it has gone downhill a lot recently. 2 weeks ago bought a coffee asked if 1/4 sweet was... added and the guy just walked away, the guy that?s been there forever, probably 5 plus years. We all have bad days but too manyfor him I guess. Recently went again and ordered the 3$ pumpkin that just came out like this week cause it wasn?t there lastweek, the person taking my order said it expired in July. It?s brand new how did it expire in July?? He then said it?s notringing up. Could he have just rung it up it?s a new promotion. Right there on the sign. I just left no coffee not going thereanymore so sad there is no effort. Read more

Sent my brother to get donuts for the family we have coming into town this morning . This is how he returned with two dozen... doughnuts in bags ? Everything is stuck together and smashed. I am embarrassed to show this to my family . You should be too .Went straight in the trash.Spoke with the manager on the phone as he was just stepping in he was apologetic and offered us tocome get our money back or get another order . Just went to Dunkin? and ordered a bunch of food for my family, and EVERYTHING was old, cold and hard. Bacon was cold and soft.... Also the tater tots burnt and old. Worst experience ever! Only things that were ok were the donuts. Won?t be returning! Read more
It's a shame that you can't go to your neighborhood Dunkin' Donuts and have dine in service! Sign on the door says staff... shortage! Girls working came out to greet me very rudely smoking cigarettes outside letting me know they were closed inside.Really? I literally saw 8 to 10 people turned away! Read more
Did the drive thru. The staff was so rude. Went for my daughters birthday today. Asked what kind of donut holes they had and... they said look at the menu. Then I asked for a flavor and they were out of it. I then asked what they do have and the said readthe menu. ??????? He looked at me like I was bothering him as I then got up to the window. Asked if they had Apple fritters andhe said no. I ended up with my glazed donut holes and never will be going back to this location. Worst customer service ever! Read more
We?ve been visiting this Dunkin for years on the weekends when we go on drives because it?s a lot better than the one near our... house. I?m sad to see it?s lost its quality, too. ???? The past 3 times we have visited, we?ve been disappointed, and twice hadour drinks remade because they were so bad. I don?t know what happened, but I hope it gets fixed. Read more
This location has completely gone down hill and this will be the last time we come here. They burnt all of the food and tried to... give you completely different stuff from what we even ordered. Above it all they gave me black toast and argued with us aboutwhat burnt it. Told us to pull our car around and park to wait for it to be remade.
