Placed a mobile order through the app, wasn?t ready when I got there, order was incomplete (missing a breakfast sandwich and 6... donuts) the two large lattes I paid $5 a piece for weren?t even full, and after they quickly grab the missing donuts I go hometo find out they forgot one, so paid for 6 but got 5. The order cost over $30. You think it would be worth it. Nope. Literallymy husband thought I drank some of his large latte because there was barely over half the cup filled. Read more

Best service. They know our order as we walk in, and start making it. They make us feel like we are their only customers

First time review for this location. Went to order Avacado toast only to find out that their ovens "were down for the night for... cleaning." That was 45 minutes before they closed. Read more

Despite this being a brand new location, they've embraced the half hearted, oblivious attitude and zero customer service... awareness of other Dunkin locations. Sad but expected. I blame the management as the locations failures are clearly a lack oftraining and motivation. Most issues which could easily be resolved with training and leading by example, setting clear levelsof expectations. Example, I've frequented this location a half dozen times and without fail they have served me donuts withoutany napkins whatsoever? Granted, after the first few omissions I began to ask, and they never refused, however that isn't thepoint. It's a businesses responsibility to assume the needs of the customer. Rarely have I left a Chik Fil A and not hadnapkins or proper eating utensils and I would never expect to eat at a restaurant and not be given napkins and utensils? Such asimple task and yet it is something this basic that sets the tone for the entire establishment and the other failures andoversights that follow. Do better! Read more
