If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Ordered our food, ans why we are waiting the staff was dropping F bombs left and... right. Confront the so called manager, and all he did was laugh at me. I will never go back to this location again. Read more

I got hair in my food and the girl was very disrespectful when I asked for my money back , I bit into my sandwich and got a long... blonde hair in my mouth that is very nasty and not cool, no one working where wearing a hair net and there hair was lose , donot eat here it is gross hope I don’t get sick from that! The girl working also told me when I asked if they are supposed towear hair nets they told me no actually we don’t have to if we have are hair up . If you have never tried Jack in the Box for Breakfast you are missing out. There's alot of fast food around a that all offer... breakfast but Jack in the Box I think has the best! Today we went via the drive-thru. Raule was on Cash and he was superpleasant asked us how are day was and wanted to know what we had planned. He did all this while taking payment, but it was anice change because most of the time it's pay and get moving. It was a nice touch. The meal was fresh and good as usual. I like some of the food. But the one in Casa Grande on Florence Blvd is not very customer friendly. The cashier literally threw... my wife's change at her. Never looking at her. Just rude if you ask me. Read more
