You know I love JMs. The thing is. Now it has gone from a great sub and great service. To kind of disgusting. They have one... person that stands at the register with the same pair of gloves that wraps your sandwich then goes back an forth from theregister. The person that does the toppings should wrap your sandwich. JMs and their staff should know not to handle the money,register etc. then touch peoples food. I see this at many locations. Hope they can get it fixed or I'll take my money elsewhere.A few free sandwiches might go a long way too. Read more

Went here for lunch on 9/23/22. THESE GIRLS WERE KILLING IT!! Very Patient as the online order machine would not stop. Slicer... girl was slicing like she was dealing cards. My husband and I order minis. When my husbands mini was being made the bread was half the size of a mini. When I questioned it... the young lady grabbed the bread with tuna, threw it into the garbage can then walked into the back room. If she would have toldme they were out of white bread mini, I would made another choice. We did get whole wheat mini stale bread. The attitude at thisstore made us feel like we were imposing.
