Since the manager refuses to take my call and actually do their job, I suppose I will resort to an online review. Warning: When... this store hands you your to-go order, make sure you take the time to check over your ENTIRE order. The employees working atthis location are carless. I ordered a Classic Veggie sandwich and drive all the way home (25 minutes away) just to open thebag and find a bacon and ham sandwich that I cannot eat. How disappointing, especially since I don't live close and can't justswing back over to the store for my correct order. When you spend over $10 just for a sandwich, it should be the sandwich thatyou actually ordered. Very simple request. Your employees need to slow down and read and verify that the correct sandwichesare going to the correct people. Never in a BILLION years eat here. Their prices are insane and the portion they give you is absolutely embarrassing. Paid for a... $10 sandwich, yet instead got a $10 loaf of bread with ONE slice of ham. I had more Tomato's than I did meat. I never seenanything like it in any food establishment in my life. I told my wife I could buy a loaf of bread at walmart and a lb of slicedHam from the deli for $10. I thought I was going to support a business today, didn't realize I was about to get robbed fromthem. The restaurant was totally empty when I arrived. I waited over 5 minutes to be greeted. They appeared very short staffed and... were taking drive through orders over dine in. They were out of sour dough bread and put the Kneaders sauce on my sandwich thatI asked them not to. They fixed me a new sandwich. I bought a loaf of bread with a price tag that said 8.29, yet my receiptshowed a charge of 9.09. Not really a big deal but was kind of disappointed with everything else that went wrong. I just went to the drive thru and ordered a ham and swiss sandwich.. i took my first couple bites and all i could taste was... bread.. i open it up and it has ONE SLICE of ham on my sandwich!! also missing the honey mustard. this was $11-12?? seriouslyone slice of ham and it's not even made correctly.
