Bad day at Menchies... so my family and I went there tonight and we were disappointed. As you can see in the picture the item... that was found in my wife's cake batter frozen yogurt... I t looks like some sort of plastic fiber. Anyways this might be thelast time we eat there.We told the person that works there and I showed her what we found. She looked disgusted but didn't offerto try to fix the issue. I was able to convince her to shut off the machine with that item in it but yeah... My wife threw awayabout 3/4s of her dessert. My Grand kids love this place and they have everything you ever wanted to add to your ice cream or actually yogurt!! The people... who work here are always courteous and helpful and They will let you try as many different flavors as you would like for freeas long as you use their little throwaway cups. Visited once. Decent options on toppings and yogurt flavors. If you do not like crowds like myself, go during the week, in the... middle of the day so you can enjoy a nice cup of your personal yogurt creation without kids and others noisily crowding aroundyou quickly. If other customers had not been clueless and allowed their kids to block us where me and my friend were sitting(they moved chairs surrounding our table) being noisy and annoying, my experience would have been much better and so would myrating.
