I am sorry for the 1 star review, but the strong reason behind 1 star review was the store Manager(old lady). She was very rude... and conveying people that they cannot dine in, they are closed by 8:45pm on 07/25. She made other people who are actually inmiddle of eating their food to leave the place. They officially closes at 9:30pm on google. Please make sure it is clearlyupdated on the webpage for people understand the timings. Read more
I wish I could give half a star. this place is the worst place ever. I will never buy food here again. I went to buy food for my... family and the orange chicken was so dry with barly any sauce. rice was not cooked all the way. noodles was under cooked. Icalled customer service about the issue. and its taking them for ever to fix the problem. they ask for the order number andphotos and we sent several times. and they keep sending emails asking for the same thing and our problem still have not beenfixed. Drive through orange chicken with white rice. Tasted great but wish it had a bit more sauce on it. Perfect portion too.
Ordered in the drive thru, and when we opened our food, it looked as if they forgot to give me two sides of orange chicken, and... only about half the noodles. Called and said it looks like they shorted me and I was told that was the appropriate amount offood. Looks to me like they may need smaller containers if they are going to only fill it halfway up. Had gone through the drive thru for lunch today and I completely forgot my coupon as she took my card. When she gave the card... back I said I do apologize I didn?t give you the coupon that I had.
