As for how Panda goes, this one was good. I had no complaints. Better than most of them.
Update: we have been back to this location a few times and have received MUCH better service. They almost always are on top of... having enough food for busy times and the employees are 1000 times more friendly and personable. Seems like they are gettingback to their great customer service. This location has been our go to for the past six plus years and they always had greatservice and food. Over the past three or four months, the service has gone downhill, they never have enough food cooked, servesmaller servings, forget to put things ordered in the bag, and the food has been dry on a few occasions. The prior employees areno longer there and it feels like all new management that doesn?t have the foggiest idea what they are doing. I stopped bytonight at dinner time about 5:30pm. There was one person in front of me waiting for food to be cooked. They literally had fivedifferent dishes that were empty of food so people are standing around waiting for FAST food while the line gets longer. Threeof the people waiting for food said they really have had it with this location because they are never prepared with enough foodfor the customers and you always have to wait for something. Since that has been our experience the last 6 plus times we havevisited, I couldn?t agree more! The employees are not overly friendly and a bit grumpy with customers. Quite frankly, I thinkit?s due to being so poorly managed. Like seriously! Get someone off their butt and cook some darned food already. Prepare fordinner time! And if you?re running behind, tell the customers THANK YOU for waiting. Really bad service. Read more
Already a week in and been satisfied, so i was like ?they deserve a review ?. Food is good as always, haven?t had issues.... Service is quick and had orders well done (nothing missing or done wrong). I rarely do reviews but i do intend to give as muchinfo as possible. When i come for pick, immediately a worker comes and asks for my name. So even though I?m the one that comeslate, the food is always ready for pick up. They are great people working here. I do feel welcome even if they are busy. Theyattend you well. Read more

This location doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered food for my family through the website and chose delivery. Unbeknowst to... me, Panda uses Door Dash for delivery. There is nothing on their website that states this. I wait for my food only to receive anemail that my delivery order has been cancelled. Inconvenient, yes, but no biggie. That is until my husband goes up to thelocation to pick up the order and the rude staff there tells him that the order was picked up already. So he tells her that wereceived no food even though our card has been charged and we received an email saying the delivery was cancelled, which heshowed her a copy of. She actually had the audacity to raise her voice at him telling him that we have to dispute it with DoorDash because the food was picked up and if we want more food we have to pay for it. Excuse me? Panda is the one that contractedDoor Dash to do their delivery, not us. Not to mention the driver picks up our food and then cancels the order? We liveliterally five minutes from this location! So we call Door Dash, they tells us they'll refund our money, but of course sincewe're dealing with banks that can take money in less than a second but somehow take days to return said money, we were out ourlast $50 and no food. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN and as a matter of fact, I'll probably never eat Panda Expressagain because this whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Read more
Went inside around 2pm to order and get food. Wish they didn't use sooo much broccoli in their mixed veggies. I prefer veggies... over fried rice and Chow mein. Just can't eat so much broccoli. Food I got was good. There was a good selection of itemsavailable. Server was pleasant and fast. I'll go back. Read more
The overall experience is moderate. The staff is always welcoming, however the food is always poor quality. I?ve been to this... location at least 15 times the past year as it is close to my work. However, maybe only 3 times I have received hot food that isnot dry from sitting out for a while. The food is always warm, but doesn?t have that fresh flavor that other Panda stores have.I will update my review as needed. Not bad for a quick lunch. Read more
