I ordered 2 pizzas one supreme and one pepperoni half onion half sausage pan for$60. When my order arrived the supreme has zero... green onions and my pan pizza was a hand tossed. When I called to say something the girl on the phone basically called me aliar. She told me they she knew with certainty my pizza was a pan and that there were green peppers but just fewer because theywere running low. Not sure how she knew what I ordered since I hadn't given her my name or number yet and I ordered through theapp. She very irritatedly told me they could remake the order and I could exchange my pizza but it would be at least an hour anda half. Of course I want going to wait that long so I asked for at least my $2 back for the pan upcharge. She did eventuallyoffer$15 off of my next order by using my phone number but I doubt she actually applied it. All I wanted was an apology sand anoffer to make things right. The driver was great but the girl on the phone needs to work on her customer service. $60 isconsiderable for 2 large pizzas at least they could get the order right. Read more

My husband ordered from here at 6:20 p.m. expected delivery time would be 25 minutes. He called 30 minutes and they said that it... was in the oven and gave him a tracking number which didn't work. I called 40 minutes after that and they said that nobodyinformed the driver to take our food to us and that they can give us something free for the inconvenience and they will have thedriver come deliver it within 20 to 25 minutes. I told them I don't want any of that and for him to cancel my order. The guy onthe phone didn't have a clue on how to cancel the order. His manager, which I can hear in the background was telling him thatthey can't cancel orders they can just give us store credit. I demanded to speak to the manager, which she denied to talk to meand told him to go ahead and cancel our order which would charge me a $30 cancellation fee! We decided to order deliverythrough Pizza Hut to give the company the money they deserved instead of going through DoorDash, obviously that was not thecase. Not going to this place again. I use to like the manager at this location our concerns use to get addressed. But some concerns more recently. We were given a... bone and was counted as a wing in a 6 piece order then was told there would be a credit but wasn?t according to the Shiftmanager at night, who was very rude and useless unable to make a judgment call on her own, said she "will get in trouble" forcorrecting the sorry wings we were given. You will deal with some inexperienced people here! I hope they fix their management. Read more
I got some bread sticks & Boneless Chicken Wings , the chicken Could Have been tossed in the sauce better , but overall it was... perfect & the breadsticks where perfect and HOT ! Customer service was good and this pizza hut is unique because it has a drivethrough window lol Read more
Ordered pizza, wings and a brownie, for delivery, with my retirement card, last night. I Was told my bill was $64.27. After I... received the food. I checked my card balance and on top the $64.27 there was an additional charge of $63.11 that was charged tomy card by PH also. Don't drive, had a doctor's appointment next morning. Needed to call a cab, for the appointment but becausePizza Hut took twice the amount they should have, didn't have the money for a taxi to the doctors any longer.and had to cancel.I will never order from them again.
