The pizza was delicious! We loved it. But?.The service wasn?t great. I walked in to pick up an online order tonight. Out of 8... employees present, no one smiled at me, no one looked at me, no one said ?we?ll be right with you? or asked how they could help.I was invisible. There were only 3 customers in the store so they weren?t swamped up front. I was disappointed as it seems likeacknowledging the customer?s presence is part of basic customer service skills. Customer service is great. I used the app to order my pizza. I put weekday i would like on the pizza. The staff prepared and... made my pizza quick and delivered it in a speedy fashion. I was greeted by the delivery personnel who made me feel as thoughthey appreciated me shopping with them. I always have good experience with this location. Thank you. Read more
The manager here, Alyssa, is absolutely unprofessional. I have had issues with other pizza huts and my order was refunded almost... immediately. I waited over an hour for nothing to happen, no pizza delivered, nada. Then I called and just asked them to cancelit. She proceeded to tell me ?her driver? said she delivered the pizza contactless. Bruh, there was no pizza near my house Ihave ring cameras 360°. I could go on and on, this place is ran horribly. They need to look into rearranging leadership whofollows policy like the other pizza huts. Read more

They made a mistake... owned it ans made it right. Job well done. The young lady apologized and even offered to give me my money... back with free pizza. This is how you own and correct mistakes.
