I don?t review often but just dropped $40 in the drive thru for my family and got home to find out two of the sides were... missing, the popcorn shrimp were over cooked and over breaded and the three Mac and cheese sides I ordered for my kids weremostly over-baked/burnt scrapings. Terrible, I am not one to give a bad review but wow. I ordered through the app for pickup and it said my order would be ready... soon. When I arrive about 10 minutes later it wasn't ready. No big deal. I ended up waiting about 45 minutes while cars in thedrive thru were given their orders. All the while listening to the girl behind the counter complain about how tired she was. By far the worst Popeyes I?ve ever been to. Just left there once again and my entire family meal was burnt. Burnt dried out... chicken, chicken nugget first tasted cooked in old oil, burnt Mac and cheese, and the hush puppies shrimp deal can in a kidsized box and was half full. Not to mention the biscuits were rock hard. My dogs tried to take a bit and left it on the floor.What a huge disappointment. I have a family of 7 and none of us could eat. First time eating here since they've reopened and the experience was horrible. Not sure if the girl taking our order was new but... she struggled big time with comprehending 3 orders. Literally had to repeat it 3x's because everytime she read it back it waswrong. Then when I asked for sauce the girl rolled her eyes and sighed like it was an issue. Got home only to find there wereitems missing from the 3 boxes. The hot sauce packets were all stuck together by some other sauce that leaked out and dried allover them. Read more

Horrible quality spicy chicken sandwich. Both buns were filled with grease and a tiny amount of sauce. Also missing 2 large... fries that I was told were in the bag. This place wasn?t good before the fire but I gave it another chance hoping for betterresults. I will not be going back unfortunately. Read more

The most disgusting experience I have ever had or seen at a restaurant. I was waiting in the drive thru and I could see the... women making the food. She had blood dripping down her forehead as she kept touching it and then touching the food. She did thisover and over again. I was in complete shock. I said something to the two teenage boys that were working the window. They agreedit was disgusting but I did not see them say anything to her or to go tell the manager like I had asked. The Sitting area wasalready closed so I could not go in to tell the manager and they phone was not working. I will never go to this restaurantagain. If they have someone that is touching blood and touching food and not addressing it in front of customers, who knows whatis going on where customers don?t see. Read more

I was hoping that in light of the restaurant reopening there would be stricter standards as well as better experience overall. I... am pleased with the order taking and how they walked me through but when it came down to the presentation and execution they hadfailed. The fries were not fresh, the chicken nuggets were mostly breading and very little chicken. On a positive side the drinkselection was great and the Hawaiian Punch had a great taste. Wow!!! Talk about the worst experience ever! This is only the second time I have tried Popeyes. First time was meh so I... didn?t go back for years, but chic fil a is closed on Sunday so u thought I would try again. I will not be trying a 3rdtime. Here is what happened: Dining room signed and online said open till 10, but when I showed up at 8:30 they were closed andsaid they already cleaned and closed it early. So, I went to my car and ordered Togo on the app. After 15 minutes I knocked onthe prematurely locked door to check on the status and the manager, Claudia, came out and informed me that they only had spicybone in chicken and they were not going to be making more of anything else for the last 2 hours of service. I asked for arefund because I am the crazy person who wants what I paid for, and she said she couldn?t give refunds. She said I would needto call customer service to ask for a refund. I told her that wouldn?t work and eventually she did give me my money back. Iwon?t be coming back. Everyone I interacted with was very rude and snobby. Not a single customer I saw was happy with what theywere doing, but they didn?t care. I have never seen a more lazy bunch of people. Read more
