Took the family out to this Queen Creek location, omg what a great lunch... from the host, server Jerryshe was absolutely... AMAZING the vibe, her customer service, and her beautiful welcoming smile we just loved her... from the ones that exposed, tothe cooks, and the manager Kate .I. we just loved how well the food was prepared, how Jerry ordered us fries and drinks evenbefore needing them which to me is very important... she kept checking up on us which as a customer I look for... we spoke withthe GM Kate at our table to let her know she is doing a amazing job as well with her employees and running the BEST Red RobinsI've reviewed...so thankful to the Queen Creek Arizona location and every single one of the staff members ...well be contactingCorp to let them know as I always do... Awesome experience. Came here with the whole family and our waitress and staff were super helpful in making sure our drinks were... full and we had everything we needed. The manager came by and chatted with us and she was awesome. We will be back for sure. Read more

Usually love this location very much. I went for lunch and it was not good. I ordered the simply grilled chicken sandwich... wrapped in lettuce. The chicken was 1/4 of the size it usually is, so i basically had a salad with 3 bites of super thinchicken breast, which was very very over cooked. I also ordered broccoli, which was cold, and hard. My friend ordered a pizza,and was sick that night and the next day. When it was time to pay, I tried to use my birthday reward, and it wasn't on myaccount. Very disappointing. Read more

Great experience. Had a large group of about 20 people and they accommodated us without prior notice. Burgers were fantastic as... were the endless fries. The purple lemonade was the best lemonade I've ever had! Everybody that helped was super friendly andhelpful. Read more

Ryan and Mike gave exceptional service. They were aware of our drinks and bottomless sides, and replaced refilled them promptly.... The teriyaki chicken sandwich was delicious. Garlic fries were hot and fresh. I highly recommend this Red Robins. The great andfriendly service will have me coming back for sure. I don't use the accessibility parking spaces but they have them for anyonethat needs them. Read more

We normally like RR but this evening was an exception. ???? The rootbeer float ordered with a meal was half a glass, then took... forever to get a refill while the two shakes, ordered with a takeout order at end of our meal, were delivered to the table assoon as the order was placed, and no carrier. It was very just "okay." The best part about this place was our pleasant server; although, the hostess could use a visit from... the happy fairy. The food was okay, not great at all. They didn't even melt the cheese on my cheeseburger. The chicken thighswere tiny and the grilled chicken sandwich was very sad. Fries were good and side salad is bottomless, I guess if you're a hugefan of iceberg lettuce, then that's a plus. I would give 2 and a half stars over all. Read more
